Quotes are not a confirmed reservation
A quote request, website inquiry or price estimate is not a confirmed booking. Vehicle availability, final pricing, hours, route, overtime and fees are confirmed only when Angel Limousine accepts the reservation and any required deposit or payment is received.
Photos, videos and vehicle descriptions on the site are examples of the fleet. The exact vehicle assigned may vary based on availability, group size and event details.
Bookings, deposits and payment
When a reservation is accepted, the terms given to you at booking control the deposit, balance due date, accepted payment methods and any extra charges. Typical extra charges may include overtime, extra stops, waiting time, venue fees, cleaning, damage, parking or tolls. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the person who books the ride is responsible for payment.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, date-change and refund rules are those confirmed at the time of booking. Last-minute changes may not be possible. If you need to change pickup time, location, passenger count or vehicle type, call 714-942-0954 as soon as you can.
Passenger conduct and safety
All passengers must follow chauffeur instructions, applicable laws and venue rules. Angel Limousine may refuse service or end a trip if a passenger is unsafe, unlawful, abusive or likely to damage the vehicle. The booking party is responsible for passenger conduct and for any damage, excessive cleaning or lost items beyond ordinary wear.
Seatbelt and occupancy limits apply. We do not permit more passengers than the reserved vehicle is rated to carry.
